The village of Drowning is a dreary, strange place full of secrets that eleven-year-old Rye O'Chanter is determined to uncover. The first in a series, The Luck Uglies is an exciting, suspenseful fantasy full. adventure! This is a fast paced story full of engaging characters, adventure and unexpected twists. I'm looking forward to reading the next book in the series!
